Active Help Building Good Competitive Team

I want to build the best competitive team possible centered around some of my favorite Pokémon. My favorite Pokémon of all time is Venusaur. Please help me out. Here is some info to help understand what I’m going for. I am open to any suggestions/changes, this is just what I’ve come up with so far. I have no clear strategy I want to use or style I want to play except the best possible one with my favorite Pokémon. I am playing Pokemon Ultra Moon VGC for double battles. Also, I don’t like using legendries because I think they are cheap and take the fun out of battling.
